Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Team plan when you sign up. No credit card required.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- If you have not subscribed, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your entries, projects and reports are kept, and you can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Billing, or switch plans and cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked there. Stripe prorates plan changes.
- How does per-user billing work?
- Team and Business are billed per workspace member. When you add or remove a member, the subscription quantity updates and Stripe prorates the difference.
- Can I connect my own tools?
- Yes. Solo and higher plans include the REST API with personal access tokens, the MCP server for AI assistants, and the browser extension. Team and Business add webhooks.
- Who processes payments?
- Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
